The
Guru re-started the Advaita philosophy of the Upanishads in
terms understandable to the mind of the age of science; mystical
vision and scientific precision support each other in his
philosophy. His writings are in Sanskrit, Malayalam and Tamil
languages. One atman, pure consciousness in essence, alone
exists. All the worlds are atman manifests under the compulsion
of its own Maya. This self-unfolding process
of atman is what we call Karma. Seeing our self
as this atman one visualises oneself in everything.
One then loves everything as one loves oneself. The state
of having unaware of the reality is ignorance, caste discrimination
has been of the most ignominious social bias in India and
its root is to be found in this ignorance That all human beings
are one in kind is to admitted. Religions teach man how to
make his life meaningful and happy by relating himself in
life with the total existence. Basically it is the essential
teaching of all religions.
